Public Education & Business Coalition
About
PEBC is an education nonprofit that works with teachers, schools, and districts nationwide. We prepare outstanding new teachers, help good teachers and leaders become exceptional, and shape systems and policies that foster vibrant growth and lasting success for students and teachers. Our experiential teacher licensure program places teacher residents side by side in classrooms with mentor teachers for a full year. While completing licensure coursework, residents gain hands-on experience which prepares them for exceptional teaching careers. After successful completion of the residency year, residents are eligible for a Colorado Teacher’s License. We offer residency experiences in rural, urban, and suburban schools across Colorado.
This is where I’m supposed to be. PEBC was a tremendous stepping stone. I needed them to be there. Their support hurtled me forward a little faster, and really helped me leap into teaching, a career I love.
